Kendrick R. Tilghman is a Baltimore-based educator, engineer, and outreach leader who brings over two decades of experience in building bridges between education, creativity, and community. As Director of Strategic Partnerships at Go Create It, Kendrick is responsible for cultivating relationships that help amplify the organization’s mission and expand access to dynamic, culturally responsive learning experiences.

With a background in Computer and Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and doctoral studies in Engineering Research Education, Kendrick has led initiatives that engage youth across North America through STEM and arts-based education. As such, he played a key role in supporting Go Create It’s successful international expansion of Math Thru Music.
