Classrooms are changing rapidly, and educators are navigating increasingly complex demands. With growing student needs and new expectations around inclusion, mental health, AI, and future- ready learning, many teachers are being asked to do more than ever before. RootED is a teacher-centred conference for educators, by educators, designed for those who want to grow, connect, and most importantly, lead in meaningful ways.
We are spotlighting experienced educators to share real classroom- and system-tested strategies across four key areas: creating truly inclusive spaces, from modern individualized education plans (IEPs) to student regulation and well-being; designing hands-on learning and meaningful assessment; exploring future-ready topics such as artificial intelligence, science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), and financial literacy; and developing the skills to influence change within your school community, bring innovative ideas to life for students, and advance your own leadership journey and career.
RootED is for teachers who want practical ideas, relevant conversations, and a clearer path to leading change, supporting students, and growing their careers.

To encourage early registration, RootED offers tiered pricing. A limited number of tickets are available at each pricing tier.
Once a tier reaches capacity, registration will automatically move to the next available tier, even if the advertised closing date has not yet been reached. If a tier does not sell out, it will close on its published deadline before the next pricing tier opens.
We encourage participants to register early to secure the lowest available rate.
Yes. RootED is designed as a professional learning conference for educators. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance that may be used to document their professional learning, subject to their employer or school board’s policies.
Many educators use school, school board, union, or professional development funding to attend conferences. Funding availability varies by organization, so we recommend checking with your administrator or local professional development contact.
