SERVICE REGIONS

Go Create It exclusively serves educational institutions and customers within the United States and Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping services beyond

these two countries. This focused approach allows us to maintain our high standards of service and delivery reliability within our core markets.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders undergo a thorough quality assurance process before shipment. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) from the date of purchase confirmation. Orders received during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. For custom or bulk educational kit orders, additional processing time may be required to ensure all materials meet our rigorous quality standards.

Priority Express Service

Our highest tier of service guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days to most U.S. locations, ideal for last minute curriculum requirements or upcoming educational events.

Canadian Delivery Options

Standard International Service

Our standard Canadian service provides delivery within 7-10 business days to most metropolitan areas, with extended timeframes possible for remote locations.

Expedited International Service

Our premium Canadian service ensures delivery within3-5 business days to most metropolitan areas, minimizing wait times for our international educational partners. All delivery timeframes commence from the shipping date rather than the order date. 

Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time beyond these estimates. During peak educational seasons (particularly November to December), slight delays may occur due to increased volume.

Educational institutions placing bulk orders may qualify for preferential shipping rates. Please contact our Educational Solutions team directly to discuss custom shipping arrangements for institutional purchases.

ORDER TRACKING & CONFIRMATION

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a detailed confirmation email containing your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Our sophisticated tracking

system allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our fulfillment center to your location in real-time. For educational institutions, we offer enhanced tracking options with delivery notifications to multiple staff members upon request.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Certain remote locations may be subject to extended delivery timeframes or supplementary delivery fees. In such cases, our customer service team will proactively contact you to discuss available options before processing your order.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

To ensure timely delivery, we require all customers to provide complete and accurate shipping information. Go Create It cannot assume responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Our system includes address verification technology, but we recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR CANADIAN SHIPMENTS

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to Canadian addresses may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees imposed by Canadian authorities. These additional charges are

the responsibility of the recipient and are not reflected in our shipping rates or product prices. For specific information regarding potential import costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

Go Create It maintains the highest standards for timely delivery; however, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing delays, carrier service disruptions, or other force majeure events. During peak educational seasons, we implement additional resources to minimize potential delays.

PACKAGE PROTECTION POLICY

In the rare event that your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact our dedicated Customer Success team at info@gocreateit.today within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and relevant details to expedite our investigation. Our team will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive the educational materials you need.
