Return Policy for USA and Canada
At GoCreate, we are deeply committed to your satisfaction. We achieve this by offering high-quality products and ensuring transparency in our return process. This policy adheres to applicable consumer protection laws in the USA and Canada while maintaining a strict return period of 5 days after delivery. Please review the terms carefully before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or repair. Replacements or repairs after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Items to qualify for a return
• Be in their original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
• Include all original components, accessories, and manuals.
• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation). Provide photos of the damage/defect and proof of purchase for review
2. Return Process
Contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage or defects, if applicable).
Approval & Return
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA
number will not be accepted.
• For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including applicable duties or taxes.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7-10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees: Up to 25% of the item price may be charged for returns not meeting eligibility criteria, such as incomplete packaging or missing accessories.
4. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with USA regulations, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and state laws such as California and New York consumer protection statutes, which ensure clear disclosures and fair treatment for defective products, as well as Canadian provincial laws, including the Consumer Protection Act in Ontario and Quebec and the Sale of Goods Act in British Columbia, which guarantee refunds or replacements for defective items.
5. Special Conditions for Canadian Customers
Canadian customers are responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the return. These fees are non-refundable.
